We inspect sunlight, drainage, existing turf, irrigation and how the yard will be used.

Till 4–6 Inches
We till repeatedly—as many passes as needed—to break up the existing soil and root layer.
Rake & Grade
Existing material is raked out and the soil is prepared for an even, properly fitted installation.
Farm-Direct Sod
Fresh sod comes directly from the farm and is installed tightly for consistent coverage.
Water & Roll
The new lawn is watered in heavily, then pressed into firm soil contact with an approximately 200-pound roller.
